Recreational Township at Chotupul, Hyderabad (450 acres), comprising of Farm Units, Condominiums, Cottages, Plotted Development and Luxury Villas, Amusement Park having all state-of-the-art rides, Water Park, Tremor World, Future Zone, Crater Island, Discovery Island, Museum of Indian History, Mountain Ranges and Rivers of India, Family Entertainment Centre & an Executive Golf Course.

Spread over 75 acres of land along the Brisbane-Gold coast Highway, designing the layout was a great challenge. Natural slope in the site enabled amble visibility from the highway and the same was used to advantage for locating the water slides and rafting. Ingress and egress points as well as locating the parking was a major traffic management exercise. The site has a natural creek with varied species of flora and fauna, all of which were to be preserved and left undisturbed.

Located along the main Hingana Road in the heart of Nagpur, the water park forms a port of larger city walk development spread over 3,00,000 sq. ft. of area. The Themed water park comprises of a lazy river, wave pool, thrilling slides, Kids Interactive Pool amongst other attractions. This water park was designed for the Haldiram's Group.

Gurgaon’s finest Club is sited within sprawling 7-acres of landscaped greens with pools, amphitheatre, banquet lawns, tennis courts, roller skating, jogging trail, sit out decks, etc.

Teenagers Water Park with an independent section for kiddies is a water lover delight. A riot of colors with a variety of slides, for different levels of thrill and excitement, are on offer. Ideal for a summer splash, family slides entail fun time for all. State-of –the-art , molded slides ensure safety for all. Anti-skid floor coverings were devised for the wet areas . Water squirts and jets added the fun element for the kids.

Designed for the Landmark Group, Fun city spreads over an area of 25,000 sq.feet . The themed entertainment center has a CUTE GREEK flavor and is a world of color and fun. Brightly colored vinyl flooring, specially designed to match the layouts of machines, rides and fencings. Digitally printed flex panels with cute kid character in Greek theme, on the walls, add dynamism and vibrancy to the interior.

Water Park in Saudi Arabia was very critical in its design, since independent facilities had to be designed for ladies & gents, yet sharing common eateries, resting places, parking lots, etc. State-of-the-art water slides and innovative pools , catering to all age groups were designed. The ladies section also incorporated the children’s’ interactive pools and facilities. Theming for the water park and its storyline was deeply enriched in regional history.

Designed as the first of its kind snow park in the region, the Park is a sport lover’s delight. A 200 mts. long indoor ski-tube allowed ski-enthusiasts to pursue the sport without traveling to the hills. Snow sledging and tobogganing are also offered for teenagers. An ice land with snow sculptures and an eatery overlooking an indoor ice-skating rink with stadium seating are added facilities.
